During a concert season, VHC utilizes most, if not all, of its over 200 bells or bell-like instruments:
- 5 1/2 Octaves - Handbells (Schulmerich)
- 4 Octaves - Kiwanis Club of Suburban Norfolk Handbells (Schulmerich)
- 3 Octaves - Martha Mallory Thumm Memorial Handbells (Petit & Fritzen, Dutch)
- 5 1/2 Octaves - Rod Von Ohlsen Memorial Chimes (Schulmerich)
- More percussion instruments than you can shake a stick at, including tam tam, finger cymbals, orchestral bells, wood block, and temple blocks.
Our collection would not be possible without support from the following:
